Return Policy
We understand that sometimes you may need to return a shirt that you have purchased from us. We want to make sure that our return policy is clear and fair.
Our shirt return policy is as follows:
1. Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date.
2. The shirt must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.
3. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team by phone or email to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN). This number must be included with your returned item.
4. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping and handling.
5. Once we receive the returned shirt, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return policy requirements. If everything is in order, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
6. If the shirt is returned outside of the 30-day return period, or it is not in its original condition, we reserve the right to refuse the return or offer a partial refund.
